A PIC (Personal Identification Code) is a confidential password or number that is created by a company site's employee. PIC codes are used to verbally verify the employee when speaking with the Customer Monitoring Center. The employee may use letters, numbers, or both with a maximum of 10 characters when creating their PIC code.
PIC codes are assigned a permission level in the Site Contacts panel which defines the level of authority the employee has.
