* DataSource can also be used on Apple iPad devices

What information do I need to enroll into DataSource?

A:
You will need your Central Station (CS#) Number or your business phone number and your Personal Identification Code (PIC). If you are enrolling a national account, please contact your National Account Manager.

What if I have my CS# and PIC but I could not enroll?

A:
If you are having problems enrolling, contact the Help Desk at 1-877-238-4463. and/or Quick Links, depending on what has already been established. National Accounts should contact the Help Desk at 1-877-238-4463.

Why has my login stopped working?

A:
Logins expire if not used within 90 days. Contact your local administrator for assistance. If you are the administrator please call the DataSource Help Desk at 1-877-238-4463.

I can't remember my password, how can I reset it?

A:
To reset your password you must contact your DataSource administrator or call the DataSource Help Desk at 1-877-238-4463. This cannot be done via an email request.

Why doesn't my login work?

A:
A login ID becomes inactive after 90 days of not being used. To reactivate the login you must call the DataSource Help Desk at 1-877-238-4463. This cannot be done via an email request.
Q:

Do all my employees need a DataSource login?

A:
No, only employees who will be accessing DataSource to view or edit information need a login.
