Favorites Tab Overview

Note: The Favorites tab (formerly released as Quick Links) is a component of the Level Structure panel.  Favorites displays levels that you formerly saved from the Level Structure tab for quick access. Once you decide on which levels to add, you can further customize your favorites by renaming them. You always have the option to remove unwanted levels from the Favorites tab.

Note: If you haven't saved any favorites yet, you will see the message below.

 

Note: If you have previously saved Favorites, they will populate in a list format.

Note: The Remove Favorites button will be disabled until there are selected favorites populating this tab.

 

Note: If you select the level NAME, the background color changes to show selection.  If you are on a dashboard page (Activity or Service), Dashboard charts and graphs will populate data based on your level selection in the Level Structure panel.

 

Note: If you check off the box on the left, the level does not populate data in main content area, and it doesn't change color - its sole purpose is for removing levels.

When a level (or levels) is checked, the Remove Favorites button becomes active.

 

Note: If your account is enabled to view non-monitored sites, you will be able to view and save both monitored and non-monitored sites in Favorites. However, you can only view non-monitored sites in the Service Reports or Site Reports sections.
