The Level Structure panel provides a user-friendly way to access your company's hierarchial structure. Make selections using Level Structure (both parent groupings and site levels), Favorites (saved sites), or Search by specific criteria. For accounts that only have 10 sites or less, the Search feature is replaced with Site List
Note: You can find the Level Structure panel in the Activity, Service, Inventory, Sites, and Account sections.
There are three tabbed sections: Level Structure, Favorites and Search (or Site List). When you select a site level or search for a site, additional information regarding the site is generated, and appears in other pages and windows.
Level Structure (default) - Displays the site's level structure in a cascade style that allows you to navigate using the expand or collapse functionality.
Favorites - Displays the levels that you saved from the Level Structure or Search tabs. Use Favorites as you would book-marking your favorite website. You can also customize names of favorites.
Search - Searches for sites using a search criteria within the Level Structure. Search allows you to quickly access sites that are not saved as Favorites.
Site List - Replaces Search in user accounts that have access to 10 sites or less.
If a user only has access to 10 stores or less, the Search tab will be replaced by a Site List tab, which will display all the sites available to them in a list.
There are two different monitoring types for company sites:
Represents sites that contain monitored or both monitored and non-monitored systems
Represents non-monitored systems only
If non-monitored system support is enabled, you will be able to view both monitored and non-monitored accounts. Non-monitored sites will only be viewable from Service Activity Reports and Site Reports. Non-monitored sites can be viewed and assigned (to the level structure)from the Site Management > Organize tab.
